It was only when I arrived in London in 2019 that things started to get serious. I fell in love with its crazy rhythm and I was seduced and swallowed up by the energy I saw on the streets. Street photography is my visual diary. I observe the city around me and capture what others may just dismiss or not even notice.
I am fascinated by how a person or object in the centre of the image can say so much.
As with all past outbreaks, this one will eventually come to an end. This project shows London before the lockdown and the isolated life in the countryside while the quarantine endures.
